We are an online community-platform that connects models and photographers all around the world.

We are not a model agency - we connect models with photographers, which makes us completely objective when presenting models.

If you are someone who wants to become a Shootset model, you are in the right place. You can choose when you are available for shooting, and easily earn some extra cash. Also, this is a place where people gets discovered, which means that you do not have to be a professional model, to apply and start earning.

There are 3 simple steps to use Shootset:

  • 1. Create your free profile. Sign up for free. Fill your profile and find the perfect match for your next shoot.
  • 2. Have a great shoot. Find models, set shooting details, and use our system to discuss specifics with models.
  • 3. You will pay model with cash after each photo shoot

Yes! Shootset is the place for you. Photographers often search for people who are not professional models, but are regular people. Just click the Become a Model button, and start your journey.

Customer can offer you a price or ask for price for shooting that he is planning.
If he is offering you a price, you can then accept, decline or request higher price. If you request higher price, customer can accept or decline your price proposal.
If he is asking you for a price, you can decline his booking request or respond with your price proposal for shooting that he is planning. Customer can accept or decline your price proposal.

All the reviews on Shootset are written by models and photographers from our community, so any review you see is based on a shoot that a photographer and model had.
You have 14 days after shoot to write a review.

Bookings

Once you have received a booking request you can accept, decline or request higher price. If customer is offering you a price in his booking request, you can then accept, decline or request higher price. If you request higher price, customer can accept or decline your price proposal.
If customer is asking you for a price proposal in his booking request, you can decline his booking request or respond with your price proposal for shooting that he is planning. Customer can accept or decline your price proposal.

Once you have received a booking request you have up to 24h to respond. After 24h is up, the booking request will be automatically declined.

If you do not respond within 24h the booking request will be automatically declined.

Accepting the booking request means that you have read and agreed with the shooting information including the date and time, location, estimated duration of the shooting and proposed price.

Once you have accepted the booking request, you will have option to chat with the customer. Please note that even when you have accepted booking request, you still need to confirm with customer the exact shooting date and time.

Declining booking request means that you have read the shooting information including the date and time, location, estimated duration of the shooting and proposed price, and that you do not accept the shooting terms.
If you choose to decline the booking request, you will be asked to leave the reason why. Note that if you want to ask for more money you should choose the third option, which is “request higher price”.

If you have declined the booking request, you have no obligation to do anything further regarding that specific booking request.
Customer may or may not send you another booking request for the same shooting, but that is totally up to him/her.

It means that you have read the shooting information including the date and time, location, estimated duration of the shooting and proposed price, and that you think that you should be paid more for that specific shooting.
When you click the “request higher price” button, you will be asked to enter and submit the new price. Customer can then accept or decline your request for a higher price.
Please note that asking for too much money may make photographer to decline your request.
Also, keep in mind that if the customer does not respond within 24h once you have requested higher price, the booking request will be automatically declined.

Pricing & Payments

The amount depends on your agreement with customer.
Customer can send you a booking request with the proposed price for the shoot he/she is planning or he can ask for you for the price for the shooting he is planing.

It means that customer has opted to pay you online - using Shootset platform. Online payments are processed through Shootset platform using Paypal payment processor.
Customer will be asked to pay before the shooting. Once the shoot is confirmed, and customer completes the payment, you will be asked to provide the bank account so that we can pay you out. This way your payment is secured. 24 hours after the shoot your money will be transferred.

It means that customer has opted to pay you in cash, on the set. Please keep in mind that if you agree to be payed in cash, you are doing it at your own risk. Shootset cannot guarantee offline payments.

It depends on the payment option you have agreed on.
When sending you a booking request, photographer can choose to pay you online or in cash. Online payments are processed through Shootset platform using Paypal payment processor.
